-Round or oval cells. -May contain one of more nucleoli. -Chromatin is fine with little or no clumping. -Slightly greater amount of cytoplasm which contain a few or many coarse, reddish-purple, azurophilic (primary) granules. -Granules may or may not overlie the nucleus. |
