-Round or oval cells but may be notched or slightly indented. -Nuclear details include dense chromatin without nucleoli. Some may show a perinuclear clear zone. -Sparse to moderate, light blue cytoplasm which may contain a few unevenly distributed, pink azurophilic granules. -The N:C ratio is 5:1 to 2:1. |
