Important notes: Submit 2mL of Blood/Fluid/Bone Marrow in Lavender top tube. Fresh tissue (ie FNA or lymph nodes, etc) should beplaced in RPMI Medium and brought to lab immediately - If lab is closed, refrigerate fresh tissue specimens in RPMI. Done on consult only, deliver directly to lab.
