Laboratory Rejection Criteria:
All specimens must be received with proper
labeling including patient name, medical record number, and source of
specimen (if indicated), date and time collected. All unlabeled or mislabeled
specimens will be rejected and not processed. Leaky or contaminated specimens
or specimens which are submitted in glass fluid collection bottles or
syringes will also be rejected. NO specimens
will be returned.
