How do you file a complaint? (adapted from MCL policy 8010)

 

Report and file a written report with ten (10) days

 

You must report to at least one of the following:

MCL Equal Employment Opportunity  (EEO) officer-  903-0382

MCL Assisitant Administrator of Human Resources -  903-0238

MCL Chief Executive Officer (CEO) 903-3332

LSUHSC HCSD Chief Operting Officer (COO)  (225) 922-0488

The complaint must be in writing and must be filed within ten (10) days.
