Hostile environment
Unwanted behavior that interfers with your job

 


Sexual harassment is any unwanted sexual attention.
Examples include but are not limited to:
- unnecessary touching, patting, hugging, brushing against a person's body, fondling or grabbing
-solicitation of sexual activity or other sexual behavior by promise of reward of threat of punishment.
-direct or subtle pressure for sexual activity
-verbal conduct intended to cause discomfort or humiliation, or both, that includes on or more of the following:
*comments of sexual nature      * sexually explicit statements, questions, jokes or anecdotes
*remarks of a sexual nature about a person's clothing or body
*remarks of sexual activity or speculation about previous sexual experience

- nonverbal conduct that causes discomfort or humiliation, or both to any person

"Quid Pro Quo"
...unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors or other verbal or physical contact of a sexual nature when: 
-submission to such conduct is made explicitly or implicitly a term or condition of an individual's employment
- submission to or rejection of such conduct is used as a basis for evaluating employment decision or performance.

Hostile Environment
...unwelcome sexual advances, requests to sexual favors or physical conduct of a sexual nature when such conduct has the purpose of effect of unreasonably interfering with an individual's work or performance, or creating a hostile or offensive environment.
