This page is the index for waived test resources and competency assessment with three main links:

1. The waived test pages contain testing procedures and MCL policies concerning waived testing.

2. The Physician Performed Waived Test competency assessment is a series of 17 images and multiple-choice questions. This test is selected if you are responsible for both Waived Testing and Physician Provided Microscopy.

3. The Physician Provided Microscopy competency assessment is a series of 10 images with multiple-choice questions and is to be selected if you are only responsible for Physician Provided Microscopy.

For both of the competencies you will be asked to interpret the images and answer the questions by clicking on the appropriate box. The exam is a script which will immediately grade your performance. When you are finished with the exam, print a copy to be submitted to the Medical Staff office for record keeping.
