It is useful to print the chart so that you can review the steps taken with the technologist that contacted you. At this point you are to contact the Medical Director on call to devise a plan of action. Contact the Medical Director via the operator.  Some suggestions for resolution: Contact the patient by phone to determine the caregiver or service Patient contact information is available in CLIQ. Hospital admit personnel have access to patient contact information. Nursing house supervisors are very experienced and can often help or advise.	Need help?
