The Payroll Department is responsible for accurate and timely processing of all actions that affect an employee from hire through termination. This includes maintenance of personal job data and actions that affect employee's pay, employee verification, as well as maintenance of official personnel files.

We also monitor the Time and Attendance Collection System, perform all timekeeping functions, administer FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act), Worker's Compensation and Crisis Leave Pool for ILH employees.

Our functions in serving ILH employees include:

  • Monitor and maintain Telephone Time Entry System

  • Review and update employees' time and attendance in PeopleSoft Time and Labor System

  • Process all personnel actions that affect employees' paychecks

  • Verification of Employment

  • Administer and monitor FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) Program and Worker's     Compensation
