-Have variable cell size and shape and variable nuclear size and shape. Cells may be round, oval or irregular. Nuclei may be round, oval, notched, indented, folded or lobulated. -Different types of reactive lymphs may be found in the same viral illness. -Cytoplasm is abundant but varies from gray, through pale blue to deep blue. -The N:C ratio is 2:1 to 1:2. -The cytoplasm is sometimes indented by adjacent RBCs. |
